Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 buisness days of receipt of your payment and shipped using USPS.
  • Shipping and Handling rates apply within the continental United States.


Return Policy: 

There are several types of items that can be purchased from this store, each item type has a different return policy

  • DVD's or tangible goods cannot be returned for cash value, if you recieve a defective product, we will ship a replacement upon recieving the origial product sent. The product must be in the same state as shipped in order to recieve a replacement. H.A.T.Entertainment does not take responsiblity for the handling USPS uses to ship the product.
  • Purchased Clips cannot be returned, please be sure to read what format the clip is in and if it can play on your computer.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Additionally you are required to pay the cost of shipping the product back the H.A.T.Entertainment
  • Credit for the item will be returned to you in the form of the original payment
  • The validity of this return policy is based on your inspection of the product at the moment of delivery. It is best to inspect the item while in the presence of the delivery person for insurance reasons. If the item is damaged, do not accept delivery.
  • You must inform H.A.T.Entertainment within 24 hours of receipt of your product should it be damaged in any way.


How To Return An Item:

  • Please Contact Us within 4 days of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
  • Please print out the E-mail containing the RAN and include it with your full Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail address and the reason for the return.
  • Products must be shipped securely packaged, insured for original purchase price, shipping prepaid and must be received by H.A.T.Entertainment within 6 days of receipt of your RAN.
  • H.A.T.Entertainment recommends shipping via insured FedEx, insured UPS or insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes.
  • H.A.T.Entertainment does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned jewelry is lost, stolen, or mishandled in any way. Please note that H.A.T.Entertainment will not accept any packages delivered C.O.D.
  • Upon receipt of your retuned product, H.A.T.Entertainment will send you an E-mail regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request within two days following receipt of returned product.
